IMPORTANT: Choice enrolled students moving from elementary to middle school and middle to high school must submit a new choice enrollment application at each level. Being accepted via choice enrollment into an elementary school does not guarantee entry to the middle and high schools that elementary feeds into.
All families should complete the attached forms in order to declare their intentions for the 2019-20 school year.
